BLOOM TAG
BLOOM TAG
Got The Goods Pet Tags are completely bespoke, hand carved and cast in 100% solid brass. Made to be worn on all of your pet's adventures, from mountain peaks to sunday strolls.
The Bloom Tag is a playful flower shape with a molten finish and hand etched lettering.
Personalise your tag with a hand engraved name/nickname/initial on the front, and your information on the back. You have space for around 22 digits on the back*.
All personalisation is upper case. You can choose whether you would like your pet's name underlined. Please include any punctiation you would like such as exclamation marks.
All tags come with a split ring. Choose between two options for the position of the hoop so that when attached to a collar/harness, it sits the right way around.
*To comply with UK regulation which requires your name and address, we recommend you use your surname, house number and postcode. Feel free to get in touch if you're concerned about fitting this on.
The Bloom Tag measures roughly: 40 x 30 mm

HOW TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR TAG
Naturally, brass will dull and tarnish over time with exposure to oxygen, oils in your skin & your pets coat, and water. The natural patina that brass takes is still beautiful, but can easily be polished back up to a lovely shine if desired.
To bring your brass products back to a high shine, here are 2 gentle polishing methods you can do at home:
Option 1 - Use toothpaste or a paste made from baking soda and water, and a soft old toothbrush/cloth to gently clean the piece. Dry thoroughly, as watermarks on brass can be stubborn.
Option 2 - Make a paste of white vinegar and baking soda and smear it over the desired area. Leave the piece to sit in the paste for 20 minutes, rinse well and dry thoroughly.
